No one inside and was the only one at the drive through when we pulled up. Had to wait several minutes for someone to take our order. Was told they didn’t have half of what we tried to order. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, fries and 2 pies. Pulled around and paid, was told to pull up and they would bring it out. 2 more cars pull up, one behind me gets their food as soon as she pays, 10 minutes later as I’m getting out to go in they bring my order out along with the one behind. Fries always old no matter what time I go and this was early at the beginning of lunch time and food still wasn't fresh
The food was fresh and ready in an acceptable amount of time!
Great staff, tasty meals. What else could you want? Love Jack's and happy to report that I have notnhad any service issues at any branch.
Tried to get a milkshake at 10:27, no one would answer the drive thru yet there were 3 cars parked outside and employees inside. Google says they close at 11:00, and I love their strawberry milkshakes, so I was very disappointed to just be ignored at the drive thru.
