I went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece chicken meal (a leg, wing and breast) and a drink on Sunday, September 14, 2025. The cost was more than $13. When I got home, I only had 2 pieces of chicken, a wing and thigh. So I paid $13 for that? And the one that took my order was not very friendly although I kept trying. Very disappointing indeed!!
The service was rude and the food was old and hard. I watched the everyone talking and eating but not care if the clients had to wait on them. I wil not go back. I don’t want warm heat lamp old food.
I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 1. I sat in the drive-thru for 7 minutes with 5 cars in front of me and never moved an inch. I drove around, parked and went inside to be totally ignored at the counter. I finally gave up. There are other places to eat that know how to treat their customers (Jack's in Pelham, for example). Original post: Good breakfast for a fair price.
They messed up my order missing items when I got home. Came back and they are giving me attitude because I want it redone instead of giving me missing items. The rest is cold noe
