Normally when I visit this location the food is hot n fresh with out a long wait. Tonight they gave me the wrong Mac n cheese I called while still in the parking lot and he was to bring me the right Mac n cheese . I'm still waiting been here over 35 minutes I have two other dinners and have to drive to Jemison . I'm not happy with this at all . I'm getting very frustrated and see there's peeps in the driveway thru but handle your customers accordingly .my food is most definitely gonna be cold and I'm most definitely just ask... read more
At around 1pm today one of your employees was sitting in their car(white Altima with a donut on the front passenger side) smoking weed. There's a place and time and it's not in the parking lot of your job!
The staff is so rude. When they was taken my order the girl was rushing me at the speaker Then when I got the window the girl at the window was rude. When I got to the window o had forgot to order something I asked if it was to late to order it and she rolled her eyes at me.
The people who work here are plain ignorant. 3 weeks in a row same order. same stupid mistakes. they just cant understand an order apparently. Always have to ask for my coffee it is never given to me . One time they asked if I even wanted it. At that point after waiting in car 10 minutes in a handicap spot I said forget it. I went in today 11-1 same order issues. I will NEVER return again to helena location. No wonder they have an 88 rating. She was scooping food and ice cream with no gloves in. Elbow deep.
