This review is exclusively about their Labor Day sale. Jack's, please don't ever put your Chicken Fried Chicken on sale again unless you can guarantee quality. My family has had that meal numerous times and really likes it until Labor day. It was on sale.....it was the most pathetic excuse of a portion, we didn't even receive a biscuit, the chicken was dog food at best, rubbery, tough, dry, virtually inedible. I went to Jack's in Helena on Sunday night, September 6, 2026. Poor choice! I ordered bacon cheese burger meal. I ordered at the drive-thru. I waited 15 minutes to get my food. The softdrink was warm and tasted flat. The fries were very greasy and looked like they were dipped in sand because they had so much salt on them. I'm not sure if the bacon cheese burger even had hamburger, bacon or cheese on it. There was @ four ounces of mayonnaise on the bun. There was a slice of tomato.
