Extremely rude and incompetent morning staff. Handed the wrong food twice, had to give food back after already taking it and gave it to another person. Pulled 5 different cars up before our order was ever even brought out to us. Keep in mind, only 5 cars were in line to begin with so they were relatively slow at this time. Would not recommend, go across the street to McDonald’s or Chick-Fil-A.
Go here if you want to wait 30 minutes for a biscuit worst service I have ever received do not recommend
This store is generally extremely slow. Tonight I ordered milkshakes at 9:30 on door dash. Three different door dashers dropped the order because the store was being ridiculously slow. I got a notification at 10:15 from DoorDash that the order was cancelled because of “issues with the store”. The only issue was the lazy employee didn’t want to make milkshakes at 9:30 so they just ran out the clock until they could cancel the order. Much improvement in this location. Fully staffed with cooks and counter help. The employees were cheerful and acomatading.The tables were adorned with fresh flowers. The manager came to our table and greeted us. This location has greatly improved and it's all because of good management and real interest in satisfying the customers.
