I love Jack's thick chocolate shakes but my Dad went by Sheffield's Jack's location today 8/20/25 and picked me up a supposed thick chocolate shake and came straight home and the shake was basically chocolate milk, I have never left a bad review but this is frustrating.
Don't go there they are the slowest store in the shoals really bad

Good biscuits... but for the first time in a long time coming to jacks the biscuit was over cooked.
