This is the second time they have forgotten a whole meal in a order. They don't check the order before they send it out. One time I waited I the drive-thru for over 30 mins for a chicken sandwich that had "just finished cooking". Went inside to check on the order, staff quickly put together a chicken sandwich and put in the bag. Checked the order, all the food was cold and there was two chicken sandwiches. Tried this jacks although I had been disappointed earlier in the week from another one, but thankfully this location was prompt the food was good and fresh we enjoyed it.
