Bathroom was filthy. We normally have to wait a long time, but tonight, we had quick service, but fries were unsalted and not hot and fresh, fish sandwich was cold, not good at all. The employees were all nice, but did not produce good food. My shoes stuck to nasty floor. Disappointment every time we have been there. Food is always just warm, not hot and fresh

I do not normally review, but I have to celebrate EXCELLENT SERVICE! Tasha took care of us and she was so polite, caring, professional and went above and beyond to make Jack’s stand out in very way! Tasha is an exceptional persona and employee, and she made our experience at Jack’s SUPERB! I cannot say enough about her. We are also in Hospitality and this kind of attitude and care for the customer and the company is hard to find ! God bless you Tasha!
