The black lady with the nose ring at the window at 6:50pm September 20 2026 is extremely rude and impatient. She rolled her eyes, messed up my order and was very aggressive! I will never come back to Jacks and I will share my experience with family and friends. I will also report this to the corporate office in the morning no customer should have to put up with that kind of behavior!
Patrick was very friendly and very energetic he greeted us and made us smile we appreciate his hospitality and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well
food was excellent
Should have told me I would have q 15 minutes wait for my tenders. Would have ordered something else.
