I am unimpressed and completely disappointed in Jack's this evening! When me and my daughter pulled in to Jack's around 5:45 today there was maybe one car parked in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru. When we pulled up the lady mumbled something we couldn't understand and then went dead silent for about 2-3 min, she finally said "go on with your order" and nothing else. Speedy drive thru, great shakes, open late for those night cravings
I’ve never seen jacks fries this shrimp and without fry salt. Are these people okay down at this location?? I literally waited 5 minutes at the speaker before someone rudely stated “this is jacks” like okay??? No kidding is it for real?? So anyways, I mentioned are you ready for my order?
