I've never had a bad biscuit from Jacks. Wish I had one closely to where I lived so I always go when I'm back
I understand everyone needs a chance to work but please place visual aids so the workers can tell the difference between a two piece dinner and a three piece dinner . This is becoming a repeat hat trick .At the prices the least I expect is for my order to be delivered correctly ,or the phone number to work so the shift manager can hear about it .
Cold Chicken asked for a fresh one and was told well this one hotter or warmer than the one we gave you. It wasn't busy the chicken I received probably was sitting for at least 20 minutes. Was not offered a replacement it's late i get it if you can't provide a hot meal i would like my money back. But then how are you gonna pay the staff. I know now to never dine at Jacks Famliy Restaurants ever.
I've only been to the drive thru at the Gadsden location next to the Petro, they're nice there but the food is almost always bad. First time there I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal, I like onions but they put an INSANE amount of onions on the burger, the bacon was mostly raw and the fries were half cooked, which had an INSANE amount of salt on them.
