I order from jacks often. They have good breakfast but the staff always seems stressed with bad attitudes. I had a delivery order and jacks has no way of adding cheese to your biscuits or eggs on the doordash app so u have to call. I called and whoever was upset that I asked to add cheese to one of my biscuits. She says she now has to redo my whole order but ok and quickly hangs up in my face. Unacceptable.
Hot and ready
Drive through never gets the order right. All drinks products are always flat. And if you go in to order don't expect to get fast service. And had hair in my burger once and that was the last straw. This place will not get another dime from me.
