My visit to this location was on Sunday August 24th ,around 8:30am. Went to the drive thru. Came on the inside to get my order corrected. Spoke to some girl who begin to drill me over the order out loud to make sure everyone can here her. Very Nasty person. Very hostile, Rude, and disrespectful. Another girl behind the counter decides to join her trying to escalate the situation. Love their dinners!
Unfortunately for me the Jacks in Wetumpka has now rank with its neighbor in Prattville...awful. The girls are rude at the drive thru ( I found out its because my ordering at night interrupts their cellphone time...)drove around for my total and food to notice every young lady is on her cellphone...I guess times have truly changed. Fast food workers of old had to clean or appear to be busy; now its ignore the customers and text on our phone type of thing 🙃. little girl with pounds of makeup got my order wrong and not likely attitude… would not recommend.
