Ordered on Jack's online. Order arrived incomplete. Called to notify the store and young lady that answered the phone said that if it was ordered online there's nothing they can do about it. This will be my last order from jacks via online, delivery services, or in store. The person that answered the phone was short with her answers, had a bad attitude in her telephone interactions, and had poor customer service. I will take my chicken business to Zaxby's going forward.
They vape before they prepare your food. Or they vape before telling you they don't gave what you ordered. The nicest employee they have is a sweet young lady named Remy.
Stopped by this morning for breakfast and of course I'm always running a little behind but the service here made my day!! Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits were made PERFECTLY! Staff was so nice and really felt like they enjoy their jobs, and service was so so fast!! Thanks so much for 5 🌟 service, y'all ROCK!!
