Jack's does not understand the concept of NO SAUSAGE on a Gravy Biscuit Plate (Plain). It doesn't mean to sift out the big pieces of sausage leaving little tiny chunks behind. IT MEANS NO SAUSAGE. I will once again have to bring the food I ordered for breakfast before work back to this location 9 hours later and request a refund. It's gotten so bad I order 2 different things in case they screw up the biscuits just so I'll have something to eat just in case. Came in for breakfast the service was crap they didn't have hardly anything we wanted also the gravy was like they just poured milk on my biscuits it was horrible
