Took a hour to get 2 milkshakes and 3 burgers workers were incredibly rude also heavy smell of marijuana near the food workers seemed to hate their life’s they would also just stand around doing nothing when there were costumers waiting for their food for a lengthy amount of time would not come back food also tasted funny
(NOV 2025) ATTENTION: JACK'S CORPORATE!!! If you don't STOP making the breakfast biscuits smaller and smaller, several of us regular customers are going to STOP eating at Jack's in Guntersville and drive UP THE MOUNTAIN to Hardee's in Albertville (right on the G'ville/A'ville line.) If you don't believe us customers. TRY US! The Jack's at (Snead) Blount County is WAY BETTER WITH THE SIZE OF THE BISCUITS THERE.
