I visited this store this morning and found It to it to be so dirty in the cooking area. There were about 5 employees running around in the kitchen with food all over the Floor. ( really helps your appetite )Front area was ok but a hate to say this But it looked like the counter was spit on Where the napkins are. Lowest IQ of an entire restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I did look up the IQ in Alabama and it is very low compared to the national average so I’ll give them that.😳
Jacks is excellent, the lady at the window (Crystal) is awesome. She gets my order right every time and takes pride in her work. She makes you feel like somebody when you visit there. Thank you Jack’s! Scott
Used to be a great place. Now that the ridiculous bibbity bobbity boo is in the ordering process, things have gotten worse. I ordered a #6 chicken sandwich, with cheese and onion. I got a BLT with mayo and lettuce. Yuck. Bibby-bobbity-bye.
I would like to say thank you to each of you. Pleasant Grove had bad weather the month of May 2025, we had no power, so my husband decided to come to Jacks for breakfast, customer service was great. We were greeted with a smile and the food was delicious. Again, thank you.
Great service! Took care of both basketball teams down there! Will be going back when we are in town!!
