Stopped on our way home to Birmingham from a basketball game. The dining room was very clean. The staff - Vicky, Tay, and Bryant were great. They were very kind, engaging, and really wanted to take care of our family. Super accommodating and service-oriented. Top notch customer service! They also suggested the chicken fried steak and I’m glad they did. We will definitely be back to this Jack’s!
Fountain drink tasted terrible. The bun for the burger was stale. The guy running the drive through acted pissed that I came to his business. To the guy in the drive thru-Don't worry, I won't bother coming back. You have convinced me that it's not a good place to eat.
