Omh, do not go here! We waited for over 20 minutes for nothing! Went to drive thru was given wrong order sat there forever for our correct order , never happened so went back through drive thru to ask for a refund and was told we had ALREADY given you a refund but yet we were waiting on OUR freaking food forever to find out they had given the refund and this crappy jacks didn't even have the cortesy of coming out and given us our receipt nor replacing our food.I REPEAT THIS DO NOT COME HERE FREAKING HORRIBLE!!!!
My burger was not cooked all the way. It was pink. And we were missing fry’s. I told them they offered to remake the burger but it was already too late and I lost my appetite. Never offered to refund it
We wanted to experience jacks because we had heard good things about the chain, showed up this morning at 1040 to get breakfast, the place was packed with a drive through line around the building we stood in line while a single cashier handled the copius amounts of people at the register, we got to the register after waiting placed our breakfast order, told the amount got ready to pay and a strung out looking "manager" runs up and rudely informs us breakfast stops at 11, it was 1103 and we had been in line waiting for about ... read more
