They were unusually crowded. My pancakes were cold. I received 1 and 1/2 pieces of sausage instead of the normal 2 pieces. I was disappointed this morning.
I ordered two Chrispy Chicken BLT Salads on line. When I arrived the drive in lady told me it would be a few more minutes that the chicken wasn’t ready yet. She brought my order out to my car and I drove home. When we opened the order, there was NO CHICKEN!
Great food, affordable pricing.
The biscuits was crumbling and not fresh.
Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the kind young man working at Jack’s today. We had ordered ice cream cones with our meal but accidentally drove off without them. Instead of just letting it go, he literally ran all the way from Jack’s to the traffic light to catch up with us and make sure we got our cones. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot. Incredible customer service — I didn’t catch his name, but whoever was running food outside around 6ish PM definitely deserves a raise. Respect to that guy. 🙌🍦
