Food tastes good when you get it, but they always miss something on your order.
Had to wait 20 minutes to still get the wrong sandwich. Edit: reducing score after second chance was worse experience than the original.
Edited Over Time: Good food. Good service. I eat here frequently, and for the most part, it is always a good experience. Jack's if you are listening your restraunts are falling apart at the seams. In particular your Hixson location has fell off the map. I am a customer that on average visits this store 2 - 3 a week. I was there on opening day. It started out great. We will no longer be driving around to park every single time we go to jacks. I will for now on check all of my food before I drive away from the window. I know DT time is important in fast food, but when it becomes more important than your customer service that’s an issue. So maybe when their time is an issue then they’ll either hire more staff or educate/train the ones they have better. We NEVER get the right food or we’re missing half of our food.
