This East Ridge location has to be under the worse management ever. Last night we went thru drive thru and ordered dinner for the family. The had us pull over in handicap to wait. 25 minutes later my wife went inside and had to wait while they prepared our food. Tonight my daughter went thru an ordered 10 biscuit for breakfast in the morning and same thing. She pulled up and waited 20 minutes only to get out and go inside and again they forgot she was there. Seriously, two nights in a row? Management!!
