The place was great, everyone was nice, except Emma the person who cut my hair. She had a terrible attitude, rude, and aggressive. It must have been half a dozen times between poking me with her nails, hitting me with the clippers or brush to my face. She swung my chair back to shampoo and I was leaning back to find the sink which took like 4 seconds and that irratted her! She made a smug comment about to 'hurry up, im not gonna hit my head bc she set the chair back in the right position'. Im getting mad just writing this th... read more
It was a very up scale establishment, wonderful service and experience all the way. More than happy with final results and very friendly staff.
