Another seamless pickup at JFK with transport to Southampton. Jackrabbit has been taking care of our summer travels to and from the City for the past five years and could not be happier. Kenny was great on this trip. They always confirm rates and pickup. Easy communication and excellent drivers.
Usually, I drive myself to NYC airports from Sag Harbor and park in long-term, however due to work being done on my car, this time I took Jackrabbit limo. Turned out to be a good call. Pick up and drop offs went smoothly, and vehicles were clean and comfortable. Traffic on the way in was even worse than usual, so it was an added plus to be able to use HOV lane. Will definitely use these folks again.
Kenny picked us up right on time he provided a pleasant ride to our destination. However, we had previously taken a car service to the airport that car was impeccable, the driver was dressed in business attire and projected a professional efficient service. We were surprised that Jack Rabbit didn’t even offer us a bottle of water for the almost 2 hour ride. The suburban needed a good clean and it smelled of cigarette smoke. For almost $400 plus tip, not even water, we have choices for our next trip.
Car service was awesome! Everyone I spoke to in the office was kind and informative. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Our driver, Saeed, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. He was happy to take us wherever we wanted to go based on timing, and we never felt rushed. Which was something we had been worried about. Thank you, Saeed! 10 out of 10—would definitely recommend!
