I played one of their pinball machines at a location in Forest Park, IL. The machine was in pretty good shape besides the left flipper not working most of the time. I called the number that was listed on their card on the machine to report the issue but their voicemail box was full. I understand if you are busy and don't have the time to check on your machines, but at least listen to your voicemails.
