Great all the way around except the store lady manager is vary rude and also mean to her staff.other than that jack pine is my go to store
Desk lady talked me like I was an idiot after explaining the situation. I understand she probably doesn't like her job and she's had to deal with idiots before, but that's no excuse be nicer lady.

Brought my 87 year old mother’s laptop there after it “locked up.” They spent at least 45 minutes on it taking off things that shouldn’t be on the computer and added protections. I bought 2 pens and in total they charged me $15.95! I really appreciated the time and care they’ve shown! Couldn’t recommend them enough!🥰
