As long as you dont have to work with the accountant or the shipping/ordering manager they are a 5-star establishment! Noelle and Joe in the front are so thoughtful and easy to work with. Really knowledgeable, problem solvers and respectful. Kyle and Reanna in Tech/services are the brightest techs i had the pleasure of working with. They are tech gurus for the Midwest, hardware/software, Apple/Windows/Linux, Network/firewall/server! Great all the way around except the store lady manager is vary rude and also mean to her staff.other than that jack pine is my go to store
Desk lady talked me like I was an idiot after explaining the situation. I understand she probably doesn't like her job and she's had to deal with idiots before, but that's no excuse be nicer lady.
