I am 'old school' and do not use an iphone except for calls, text and photos. I had gone from windows 7, 8, 10 and needed 11 installed on my new laptop with the expressed desire that my screen when opening was the same and all my data transferred properly. As long as you dont have to work with the accountant or the shipping/ordering manager they are a 5-star establishment! Noelle and Joe in the front are so thoughtful and easy to work with. Really knowledgeable, problem solvers and respectful. Kyle and Reanna in Tech/services are the brightest techs i had the pleasure of working with. They are tech gurus for the Midwest, hardware/software, Apple/Windows/Linux, Network/firewall/server!
