A belated thank you to these folks. I live in Hobart but broke down in Huonville whilst visiting a client. ?Jake the head mechanic came to me as the RACT rep. He was professional and matter of fact about the problem and told me my options. Later he agreed to take on my repairs at very short notice and was very flexible. Also, the receptionist, ?Holly or Molly 😂, was also professional, very friendly and helpful and a joy to deal with during a stressful episode. Thanks.
Couldn't speak highly enough of the guy sent by RACT from Jackman's Bodyworks. Didn't take long, car fixed and could then get on my way to explore more around the SW corner of Tassie. Thank you very much.

Lied too us, stuffed us around, wasted our time. Not impressed at all. I suggest trying elsewhere.
I was told I could acquire a quote within the day or by next morning. Funny enough the fella doing my quote went on leave for two days immediately after telling me he could get it done that day. Fast forward a week and I have still not received any news from Jackman's, Ive called back twice to see what's going and everytime I've been told it's coming and again it was delayed another few days.
