Unprofessional. Lied about the process of cremating my daughter. I found another person's name written inside the ashes. I asked for proof that those ashes belong to my daughter. It took 6 years just to get a copy of the cremation certificate.y family has used Jackman since 1980's but Chris Hensley is not part of the Jackman legacy just operating off the well known local funeral homes former name.
