Very disappointed with the post care I have received, I have waited for months for a consultation/Laser enhancement surgery with the eye doctor due to some blurred vision after having cataract surgery in November 2024 Everything was set for this Wednesday July 16 , only to get an email On July 14th. , 2 days before appointment, saying It was cancelled & I will have to see Dr Jackman when there is an opening So frustrated

Courteous , friendly and professional ladies at reception. Seen by Dr Tyler Parsons for vision test after eye exam. Very thorough and efficient. Dr Parsons was thorough , personal and professional. Friendly and interactive session. Answered my questions in detail. Genuinely concerned about my vision. Reassuring about my existing prescription. Suggested I contact him anytime if there is any issue before next year’s visit. Was a pleasure visiting there today.
