Very happy with Jackman Electrical Services. Called and spoke with the administrator Jessica early morning and she set me up with an appointment right away same day and was very nice and helpful over the phone. The electrician Jonathan showed up soon after in the early afternoon and gave me a complete and thorough explanation. Was very professional, polite and precise. Great experience. Jonathan is a true professional. Consultative , fair, and genuinely cares about his work and doing the job right. Communication and coordination from Jessica is excellent. I would trust them with any electrical work in my home and will call him for anything in the future. Outstanding experience.

Jackman is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to deal with. Jonathan and Jessica are a real pleasure talking with. Jessica handles the office and ordering materials. Jonathan is meticulous in his work and cares about the work he does and about his customers. They have always responded quickly. I can't say enough about their company and highly recommend them. I was referred to Jonathan from a good friend who is known to be picky about his house. This already said a lot about who was coming to do the work. Jonathan was quick to communicate and come out for a quick estimate. His prices are fair given his experience, quality, and warranty. Jonathan arrived when expected and worked diligently, safely, and organized. When hiccups were encountered, Jonathan worked to find satisfactory solutions. Jonathan is now my go-to electrician when I need work done.

I remembered him from when I asked a question about adding something in our garage, and he was honest and told me he didn’t think he needed it, we didn’t. So when I had an issue, I knew who I was going to call. His response to my question was quick and was able to come out the same day (on a Saturday!) He was on time, very friendly and professional, if you aren’t sure who to contact, give him a try. We are very happy we did!
