very professional, even though this was my first visit, they made me feel as if I was an old patient. The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly, I was very nervous at first but when the nurse attended me, while checking my vitals kept on friendly conversation and made the visit go fast. Also at the lab, I met Maria who drew blood from my arm was very smooth I could hardly feel the needle . I chose Jacklyn for my primary and I'm glad I did. She's always kind and courteous. She doesn't rush thru the visits and does her best to address all my concerns. I'll be sticking with her for a while!
