Poor Communication and not easy to work with when things are not going right. We had a project that was very rushed and not well supervised, which resulted in a lot of follow ups. The work performed was quality but those were sub-contractors. Spoke with one of them and they have had similar issues with them. Make sure what you want is spelled out to a T otherwise you'll be stuck with it.
I was an electrician for her company. Multiple customers have complained she only comes around when she wants a check. She had her "handyman* electrician replace a panel and 3 years later it was corroded, It wasn't sealed and the house was not grounded properly. Which by code could've started a fire ( per code NEC 250). Most of the screws that were in the neutral bus bar were so over tightened most of the neutral wires were cut in half.
