Recently used Jack and Jill of All Trades for a bedroom and bath renovation; a family room redecoration and ceiling repair; and improvements to 2 other bathrooms. Molly and her crew were always professional ,friendly and VERY responsive. Any questions or issues were addressed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the results and will contact them again for any future projects.
Be very careful with Molly!! We had our hall bathroom gutted in 2024 with many problems along the way. All of the work is subcontracted - some good some not so good. What we did learn is that the plumber tried to hide a damaged pipe on the toilet, which has since leaked into the ceiling below (family room). I did not contact Molly because we don't trust her at all. We will have to pay to have the ceiling repaired or replaced (over a year and a half out of warranty anyway).
