Worst customer service ever. Argue with customers over him not hearing correctly. Literally arguing because he was not attentive to the call. That explains why there is never a customer there.
I was so lucky to snag a walk-in appointment at Jackie’s Nails—and wow, what a find! Jackie is an absolute gem. She completely saved my feet, transforming them from chipped, dry, and dehydrated to looking fresh, clean, and healthy. She even helped repair a toenail that’s healing from runner’s toe, with so much care and attention to detail. I’m officially a regular now—couldn’t recommend her more!
Very sweet ladies but my manicure was a rough experience. She used a dog electric nail file (yes seriously it was for pets) while her dog was inside barking viciously. I really hope we weren’t sharing the file with the dog… She was also so rough with my cuticules and cut two of them open.
