Our Roastery is now open to the public! We have converted a small section of our Roastery to be a retail store so you can stop in to purchase bags of coffee, k cups for your Keurig machine, gift items, t-shirts, bulk coffee, and to see how we roast the coffee that you drink! We have photos of the farms (Jackie travels the world to personally meet our growers and select the coffee for the year) and we roast it right here in our warehouse. When I began subscription service here it was the best! Jackie was amazing to work with and the customer service was top notch! I had my subscription discount for any order I placed because I held a subscription. I was encouraged to add to my subscription by calling ahead. She set the whole thing up for me on her end, so I had no way to access it directly. After she sold the company to stephanie, the product remained excellent, however the service went in the toilet.
