When I began subscription service here it was the best! Jackie was amazing to work with and the customer service was top notch! I had my subscription discount for any order I placed because I held a subscription. I was encouraged to add to my subscription by calling ahead. She set the whole thing up for me on her end, so I had no way to access it directly. After she sold the company to stephanie, the product remained excellent, however the service went in the toilet.
