Not very good at making the customer happy! Every time I wanted to make a policy change to downgrade they never followed through... told me it took at least a month to go through and then it never did. One person told me that they couldn't send me policy info by e-mail because corporate changed the policy and wouldn't allow them to do it anymore... and then another actually SENT it to me by e-mail the next day.
