Their lack of knowledge was quite apparent. The nerve damage that occurred during surgery continued getting worse for 10 days after surgery before they finally got around to treating the problem. The treatment should have been done on the first postop appointment I had on the second day after surgery. Instead they tried to tell me that everyone was a little sore after surgery.
