Jackie Smith is unhelpful and rude. She had an attitude when I submitted a receipt to her for reimbursement for roadside assistance. Apparently she didn't feel comfortable reimbursing me because the receipt wasn't on letterhead, which the company State Farm sent out to assist me should have had their contractors do this...not your customers fault. She basically came off like I was lying and forwarded the information to claims instead of being of any assistance...she was also very condescending in her email.
