Ask for a cut down to the middle of my back. My hair was down to my waist. The cut ended up iat thee top my shoulder blade. Asked for curtain bangs and got regular bangs. Entire head was layered and no way of fixing I it. Can’t even shorten it into a bob. So shredded, I can’t even tie it up because pieces keep falling out

I drive 3 hours every 6 to 8 months to get a Japanese straightening treatment. They are seriously the NICEST people! I love going into the salon and seeing them. They are very welcoming and my hair looks amazing! My hair stays straight the entire 6-8 months except my roots which will obviously happen. I love being able to shower, swim, or deal with rain and it’s still straight!
