They used to be good, but It looks like they don’t care no more!!! I cancelled my policy before 6 months and I worked with two other companies after, no one was worst than them! They want you to pay more and that’s it! Even when they requested a letter from my health insurance company and they gave me a deadline, by that time I wouldn’t receive it by mail so I shared there fax number, and I asked them to accept it because I did it before and they were helpful , she received it and shredded it, she said I won’t accept it beca... read more
The best insurance company to use, they go above and beyond... ive told everyone i come in contact with to switch to Jackie's office they've gone above and beyond to get the lowest rates so grateful I made the decision to switch from progressive to here its been nothing but good experience
I've had State farm off and on for over 15 yrs but, I find Jackie Davies off so nice, professional, and they go out of their way for the costumers. If you're looking for a good company, do yourself a favor and call them.
