Jackie was absolutely amazing to work with! I reached out to her for a last minute photoshoot over the holidays and she was able to accomodate. She is professional, kind, and versatile (the shoot was for my 70 year old mom!) She listened to my mom's concerns and made the whole experience special and memorable for her.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jackie Batch twice now, once for a boudoir shoot and recently during my surprise engagement proposal. For the first shoot, Jackie made me feel completely at ease and directed me throughout. The flow was undeniable and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the day. Jackie was such a joy to shoot with. She made me feel very comfortable and had all of the details, big and small, perfectly fine-tuned to truly create an experience, not just a photo shoot. She helped me get out of my comfort zone, while at the same time still feeling like myself. The final product was incredible - Jackie made me feel like the most confident, beautiful version of myself in a way I didn’t know was possible through a camera lens.

Jackie made the experience enjoyable, easy and gave great directions to ensure wonderful photos. My husband especially thought this was the "most efficient photo session" he's had to participate in. My family will definitely continue to use Jackie for all our special occasions!
