Had originally given them 5 stars when we first placed order. That experience was amazing. Since then have had nothing but misundertandings. Phone calls to confirm patches, had to come back to get them remeasured. Miscommunication with the pricing. We ordered 2 letterman jackets and I am too invested to back out now, otherwise... Id go elsewhere..
Started out fine, pricing could be more upfront and transparent, representative from the Livermore location came to the school to “fit” my son but the line was so long they just tried some coats on him that were model coats. I won’t be purchasing a letterman jacket from them again. Standard fitting, S, M, L etc. Took 2 months to complete the jacket, and didn’t even recieve a call that it was finished.
