Paul has been excellent. He helped me consider and source parts, was a good communicator, and gave me just the right amount of support. Install was professional, and looked like it came from the factory. I had a minor issue related to the install of one of the parts, and he stood behind his work to make it right. Will definitely be back for any future customization work I 'need' (aka want) done.
