Great, kind, and personable owners. They met me where I was at, and the facility is a great place to work hard. All equipment you would need for any kind of exercise is there. Wish I lived in the area so I could go here more often.
I joined a 6 week challenge and really enjoyed the experience! The gym was clean, trainers were knowledgeable, and everyone was friendly. If you need to jump start your nutrition and/or fitness in a clean support environment, it’s a great option.
