Sean, T.J., and Mike were the best. Stayed late, came in early, diagnosed and fixed my Gladiator “steering incident” as real professionals. Saved my trip! Highly recommend this shop!
Sean and the guys at Jackalope are hands down the best jeep shop in DFW. I’ve tried other shops closer to home but no one can beat Jackalopes customer service and knowledge base. I drive over an hour out of my way to bring my jeep here because I’ve learned my lesson with other lesser shops. Dont waste your time and money like I did and have Sean and Jackalope get you taken care of.

Well, asked for appointment email and call and no response. I guess there are things called "too small to deal with". I wish Jeep Riser would do custom themselves instead of sending here.
Bought some wheels, track bar and alignment for my Jeep Gladiator. The whole team did awesome and installed everything in a timely manner some of the parts the same day so I could head out on my vacation. Then a few weeks later a lady hit me and damaged some tires/suspension/steering parts. They dealt with the insurance so I didn't have to. Got me all the parts and fixed it up good as new.
