I just got my S5 6MT tuned by Matt. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He didn't try to "get it over with" and rush me out the door even though I could tell he was in the middle of some other stuff. The customer service at Jackal is fantastic. Quick responses and information. As for the tune...fast install and the gains were definitely worth it. Smooth power delivery all the way through. It woke my car right up. I will definitely be using them again in the future! Very satisfied!
Great customer service and tune! My v8 S5 feels lighter with the added torque at the low end. Plus the TCU tune makes the car so much more responsive between shifts. It's definitely worth the price and I was pleasantly surprised by the results!
Cannot say a bad thing about Matt, and the Jackal brand itself, quick response times, very knowledgeable about the platforms. The tune and supporting parts all are amazing, highly recommend!
Great people to work with,very responsive and helpful. You cant beat the price and flexibility to change stages at no extra cost. The stage 1 tune on my crec A6 relly woke the car up and the transmission tune is insane!. Look forward to future upgrades.
I have now had the tune on my Auto Audi S5 for 4 months and it has been a joy to drive since day one after uploading the Tune. It wakes up the car and is very responsive through out the powerband. also the soft rev limiter is lifted shifting from the TCU tune is amazing and the extra burbles, that can be turned on/off are nuts with a downpipe and exhaust. Very happy customer here no issues and Customer service is top notch Highly recommend getting the tune if you are thinking about it, get her done!
