Glad to be apart of the pack! Amazing performance upgrades only topped by the top tier customer support and active community of Jackal drivers! Matt and Tony are real Audi guys and I for one appreciate the efforts they put forth to ensure their putting out a quality product.
Jackal is hands down top tier. Matt was great answering all my questions since I’m new to tuning. I just installed the crec engine and transmission tune stage 1 in my 2016 3.0t A6. It unlocked so much acceleration and shifting speed. It’s like a brand new car. Don’t hesitate to go with this company they deliver as advertised! I’ll be planning stage 2 soon.
Great product!! Love having the option of changing the tune to fit the upgrades…I would suggest this to anyone that owns a high performance Audi…Matt is super helpful when it comes to questions asked and the transmission tuning is great to have when adding more power to your setup…I highly recommend jackal tuning and have to a lot of my Audi friends…I’m extremely happy…
Matt and Tony go out of the way to help. It seems more and more customer service is relegated to AI chat bots! I’m still at a loss that he offered his cell phone number to me to help me through a few issues I was having. From parts and tunes,to custom datalogging to fine tune your needs, These guys are a one stop shop for the Audi enthusiasts. I’m a fan, and incredibly loyal to the Jackal way of life. It’s all about the Smiles Per Gallon now! Currently running E40 stage 2+ ECU and a Low launch TCU tune. Smiles for days!
Awesome service! Best customer service I had ever experienced. For some reason I am always tuning my car and data logging on the weekend, and always have a question. At anytime of the day I can email or text Matt, and get a response very quickly! These guys are awesome!
