Great customer service experience. Sabrina answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about the Silverado truck. The sales staff do not use aggressive tactics or pressure you to buy a vehicle.

I was sent a mail saying I won $5000, I was skeptical so I called them to verify and they said I indeed won $5000, I drove into the store to claim it, only for it to be a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

After having some serious engine trouble with my wife’s truck, I’m thankful that I brought my vehicle here. Josh was great! He walked me through the whole process of using my insurance to get the issue fixed. He also provided multiple updates during the service and checked in with us a few times afterwards. Great customer service!

For the vehicle was taken in for at the start it wasn’t fixed. The staff have a bad habit of not contacting customer to provide an update. They kept our vehicle longer than expected based on the issue. Had to take the vehicle back on a number of times for the same issue and it’s still not operating properly and this will be the 4th time and it hasn’t been a month. Be mindful if they keep your vehicle longer than expected they do not provide loaner vehicle for the customers convenience.
