I attempted to get my vehicle serviced for a stabilitrak error and a scheduled recall service on my 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe. I was a little taken back that after years of patronizing this service center they flat out refused to service my vehicle. I was told because of the age, not because it wasnt repairable. Very poor customer service, left my chevy corvette stingray 2 weeks ago, before I went on vacation, and told the service advisor about my date of return, and they still haven't call me with any updates! called service department ask for my advisor Mr. Erin, I waited 45 minutes on hold, and no one picked up my call.
