Edward was very helpful when handling our car repair.
I had an appointment for an alignment on May 2nd. After spending about 20 minutes with my car, an employee came back claiming that my rack and pinion was in terrible condition and handed me a quote for over $1,200 plus taxes. decided to get a second opinion, and my mechanic confirmed that the rack and pinion is perfectly fine. This was a clear attempt to overcharge me for unnecessary repairs. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I will not be coming back.
