Excellent customer service and did not try to upsell me. Presented all of my options honestly after unexpectedly requiring 4 new tires due to an flat. Able to get in same day which was a huge help! Highly recommend!
I have always used the dealer because I assumed it was the best way to keep quality and parts access up. This meant a drive, long waits, and higher and higher prices. As a city local, I finally gave Mavis a try. Their prices are competitive and the service was kind, not patronizing. They suggested I pursue warranty coverage before just automatically charging me. To have this right up the street, too? Never going back to dealership!
Mavis is easily accessible downtown and proving to be a great resource for my vehicle. It's so convenient to drop off my vehicle at the beginning of a work day and grab it later when I'm done work. Tyler has been quite helpful with my service: he hasn't hesitated when I've come in for drop-offs. His positivity and commitment to safety in my vehicle are clear with how he quotes service. I had a tail light go out and needed it changed immediately! They got me in the exact same day and were extremely helpful. Especially as a young woman they were upfront about the cost and worked with me to get my blinker done. Thank you Mavis - I will be utilizing your services again :)
