On time & completed work in a timely fashion. I saved hundreds from the price quoted from another glass block company in Cincinnati.
This father and son team did an excellent job. I could tell right away they really knew what they were doing. They made a difficult installation look easy and at a very reasonable price.

So happy I found Jack, the man has 25 years experience and he sells a quality product. He installed 4 basement windows in less than an hour and a half and had all the tools and material to do the job. I'd give him 10 stars if I had the option.

We recently had Jack Williams Glass Block replace five old glass block windows in our basement and we are very satisfied with the quality of the new windows and the installation. Jack came out the day after we called and installation was scheduled for the following week. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. We had some old metal frames that they struggled to get out but they still completed the work in about 4 hours and they cleaned up all of the mess.
