I had requested someone to come out and give estimate on repair of gas fireplace. Repair person came out in early November. He explained he had to take burner to test and that if part needed replacement would just pay for part. He said after repair they would come and install burner and add rocks to fireplace. Early December called to inquire about status of my work order, Mayra explained i needed a part so I said for it and she said it take about 2 weeks for part. They didn't have what we wanted.

Placed an order on Dec 27 for fireplace panels. Was told they would be here in 3 weeks. Now they are telling me it will take 6 weeks. They also do not return phone calls so you need to keep calling them. Absolutely terrible customer service.
