They didn't have what we wanted.

Placed an order on Dec 27 for fireplace panels. Was told they would be here in 3 weeks. Now they are telling me it will take 6 weeks. They also do not return phone calls so you need to keep calling them. Absolutely terrible customer service.
What GREAT customer service from Christian E! I didn’t know about this place, they do windows, doors, fireplaces (electric, wood, glass) with an option of getting it custom made. They also stay true to their warranty. That’s what stood out the most. Most places try to find ways not to grant warranties but not this place.
