I saw Dr. Murbach for several months, and each session was monopolized by him telling the same personal stories over and over, which did nothing to help me with the issues I was dealing with. All I gained from our sessions was a dependence on medications which I eventually realized were disproportionately prescribed to help me with the illness I was suffering from. I'm thankful I found someone else who actually listened to my problems.
