I was very disappointed with the lack of hygiene at this location. They do not change the capes/aprons between haircuts, meaning they reuse the exact same capes covered in previous customers' hair on new clients. The styling chairs were covered in leftover hair, the staff did not use gloves, and there was no visible sanitization of tools between sessions. This is a major health and cleanliness issue. I highly suggest management takes sanitization seriously.
