A friend recommended Dr.Winchester. I met with him to assess my broken tooth. I was impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of his staff. I found Dr. Winchester was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and gave me options. Today he extracted my tooth! I was comfortable, not nervous or scared. He talked to me as he worked on me helping to put me at ease. Maddie was awesome talking to me during the “wait” for numbness to kick in. I even shared pictures of my Bambino’s with her. Multiple Dental Hygienists were kind; turnover appeared high. Front staff not at all consistently pleasant and ALWAYS TOO BUSY ON PHONE to be thorough or genuine. Overall terribly disappointed with dental services; especially an ill fitting partial with an ever changing quote.
I contacted Dr Winchester 's office and had an appointment scheduled in 2 days as a new patient. He extracted tooth after diagnosis. No more excruciating pain! Very friendly staff and felt very comfortable and at complete ease. Would highly recommend this facility. Great outcome!
