History Established in 1957. Started by Russ Fiorella in Kansas City back in 1957, Jack Stack began as a traditional storefront barbecue with a modest selection of five to six items. Jack Fiorella, the eldest son, worked with his father until 1974, when he decided to branch off and start Fiorella's Jack Stack of Martin City. I placed a pickup order and the lady was super nice. Although I ordered the burnt ends sandwhich and this was the most driest meat I have ever tasted. It was awful.

Called in and order and it was ready for me lane 7 appreciate that part of the business and the food is so good
The bbq shrimp was delicious! We also loved the jalapeño cornbread. Everything was great!
