History Established in 1957. Started by Russ Fiorella in Kansas City back in 1957, Jack Stack began as a traditional storefront barbecue with a modest selection of five to six items. Jack Fiorella, the eldest son, worked with his father until 1974, when he decided to branch off and start Fiorella's Jack Stack of Martin City. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food and service. It was pretty easy to find from the highway using a google search for restaurants.
I always get a slab of lamb ribs with the barbecue beans you can never go wrong
FOOD POISONING. TWICE IN ONE YEAR. First time was the salmon, this time it was the trout. Puking for hours within 1.5 hrs of eating the meal. Read the one reviews. There's a former employee talking about health code violations. NASTY. WILL NEVER BE BACK.
Good happy hour! Miss the mushrooms though.
