We hired Jack to help us assess a fixer-upper we were considering and he gave us the confidence to walk away from it. It's immediately clear when you interact with Jack that he is a professional (for example, he showed up to the viewing with notes on the disclosure and an agenda) and that he's seen it all. Having someone with his expertise scrutinize the disclosure and the home itself was so worth it and we are looking forward to hiring him again in the future, hopefully as homeowners!
Jack and his crew remodeled my fireplace and living room with the help of a designer. Each member of his crew (and Jack) was curteous, clean, and did excellent work. They anticipated issues and brought them to my attention and offered opinions when asked. Communication was great and the project was implemented in the timeline expected and without the need for many changes. It was a joy to work with them and we are getting many compliments on our new space!
