I paid $5000.00 for a rebuilt and guaranteed Chrysler transmission. Jack Smith sold the business to Mr Transmission and they will not honor the guarantee. I was told they would.

Outstanding service. I had scheduled a transmission fluid change, based on the manufacturer's specs, for my 2020 Acura RDX, along with an oil change and a few other services. I got a call from Jack's telling me I didn't need the transmission work, everything was fine, saving me several hundred dollars!
